StepQuest: The Walking Crusade — Last updated September 18, 2026
This policy explains what information StepQuest: The Walking Crusade ("StepQuest", "the app", "we") collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with. StepQuest is a fitness role-playing game: you earn in-game currency and abilities by walking and logging meals, then use those rewards in a dice-based combat game.

We don't run our own servers for most of this — instead we use the following third-party services, each of which processes a specific slice of the data above on our behalf:
Your account data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated game data at any time:
StepQuest is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the email below and we will delete it.
Data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS encryption. Your game data is protected with database-level access rules (Row Level Security) that restrict it to your own account only.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
